The situation that needed to be improved
Starting with us in 2014 at SSE Arena Wembley they needed two-way radio communications for cleaning staff across the site. As a busy organisation they wanted us to take over the management of the 2 way radios with a one stop approach. We provide the management of their commercial two way radio network, support and two-way radio maintenance and Ofcom business radio licences. With a flexible approach to quantities to be cost effective as to the customer requirements.
The solution that Sussex Communications delivered
In 2018 PSS wanted to upgrade their two-way radio network to digital two way radio and Sussex Communications coordinated the immigration of the new system without any down time for the customer. The specification was commercial business digital two way radio handportables to be compact and lightweight. With the same coverage of two-way radio frequency across the site with improved range in all the behind the scene areas. Multiple channels to allow management and staff to communicate separately as required.
